Windows
services and user interfaces
Aquarius.NET contains windows user interface administration tools for creating,
editing and maintaining Applications, Workspaces, Feature Sources, MapViews,
Styles etc. All tools are build from prefabricated building blocks available in
library. Controls like WorkspaceManager, LayerManager and Spatial2DViewer are
used in Windows forms like WorkspaceEditor or SymbolEditor. More...
Web
services and user interfaces
Web interface of Aquarius.NET framework consists of three main levels. Web
services delivers functionality of the framework to existing third party
consumers (ArcIMS clients, MapPoint.NET clients, OpenGIS clients), or to
prefabricated Web parts. Web parts are Web user interface building blocks
available within Aquarius.NET framework like AquariusExplorer, MapView,
LayerManager, SelectionViewer etc. Web user interface is the last level of
Aquarius.NET framework. It puts together Web parts to form full featured
personalized user interface. Functionality of the interface is equivalent to
the Windows type.
