Aquarius.NET extends existing enterprise information systems with spatial
dimension. Data from financial, supply chain or customer subsystems are
visualized and projected on maps in order to obtain a quick and deep
understanding of their relationships. Connection to global or nationwide
services allows harmonizing business with current territory status, like
weather or traffic conditions. Statistical overviews, sales analysis or annual
corporate report presentations on maps allows the creation of eye-catching
compositions. The system is fully integrated into common office environments.
Customized solutions are mainly utilized by industry enterprises, whose
employees or infrastructure is widespread over the territory.

have chosen Aquarius.NET as its basic enterprise platform for
collection, maintaining and publishing spatial data. The implementation
allows the retrieval information on equipment such as its status, floor
plans, asset locations, maintenance schedules, and many others, as well as
planning for future expansion. As an example some departments use it for radio
planning purposes where the system connects to the external National mapping
center picks up the detailed location map then overlays it with enterprise
specific data for example microwave line and delivers the results to
employee handheld.

Aquarius.NET is part of complex enterprise information system. It integrates
attribute data from Lotus Notes, Oracle, spatial data originated in MapInfo,
ArcView, cadastral maps, aerial photos, digital elevation models etc.
Integrated data are delivered to users embedded in legacy systems (Lotus Notes
uses Aquarius.NET Web services for generating orientation maps), or in
Aquarius.NET Web user interface. The systems is configured to authorize each
user for access rights to different data.
